Message from Mrs Morton - Friday 3rd April 2020

This would have been our last day today before breaking up for Easter and we would have been celebrating with a wonderful Y4 Easter assembly. I would therefore ask that you remember to celebrate Easter yourselves as a family by doing some of the suggested activities during Holy week next week up to Easter Sunday.

  • Try the link to CAFOD for collective worship ideas and Lent Resources https://cafod.org.uk/Education/Primary-teaching-resources/Lent
  • Follow the link to this simple kindness calendar to carry out kind tasks https://www.redcross.org.uk/get-involved/teaching-resources/kindness-calendar
  • Say this simple prayer together:

Dear Jesus, we praise you and give you thanks for your glory as we celebrate your resurrection today. Fill our hearts with your love, so that we too may renew the face of the earth. Amen.

  • Make an Easter card for the people in your family
  • Make some crosses out of twigs or decorate some twigs with pictures of eggs or crosses
This slideshow has been designed to share and celebrate the ‘Catholic Life’ of our school.

It shows how we live out our Mission Statement, which is ‘Living, Loving, Learning as followers of Jesus Christ'.
